Confirming a Reservation:
• We require a 50% deposit of your total scheduled stay to confirm the reservation. The balance will be due upon check out.
• Room rates do not include taxes and gratuities.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made greater than 30 days before a reservation a full refund will be provided. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date a refund will be made for any nights that can be rebooked minus a $25 administration fee. Example: original reservation is for 6 nights and is cancelled with a 15 day notice. A rebooking occurs for 3 nights (50% of the stay) then a refund of 50% of the deposit less $25 administration fee will be made. Every effort will be made to re-book cancelled rooms.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE.

Early Departures:
Refunds for early departures (not staying for the full reservation) will be provided if we are able to rebook the room.

Credit Card Policy:
We accept credit cards (VISA and MC) for remainder of the balance on room and food. We offer a 5% discount for any portion paid in cash
